What is Pango Save and how does it work?

Pango Save is an opt-in service designed to help you avoid parking tickets with two key alerts:

1. Expiration Alert: A text message 15 minutes before your time runs out.

2. Drive-away Alert: A warning if you leave a spot while your session is still active.

How to Extend Time

If the city allows it, you can extend your stay without returning to your car:

• SMS: Reply with the word EXTEND to your reminder text.

• Call: Dial 1 (877) myPango and choose Option 2.

• App: Stop your current session and start a new one.

Cost & Setup

• Cost: FREE for the first 30 days. Then, $2.99/month (or only $0.99 if you use Pango Wallet).

• Activation: In the App, go to Menu > Settings > Pango Save.

• Deactivation: Must be done via the App in the same settings menu. Note: Pango employees cannot deactivate this for you.
